Common Questions
Straight answers about how mobile Tesla service works.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No. With Service Access you approve our visit in your Tesla app, and we can wake and unlock the car on the day. Access expires the same day and every action is logged. You can also leave a key card with someone on site.
Do you do wheel alignments?
Alignments are the one step we hand off. A proper alignment is done on a laser alignment rack, so if a repair affects alignment, we let you know up front and recommend your local tire or alignment shop afterward.
What if the repair is covered by Tesla's warranty?
We check warranty status before we quote. If Tesla should cover it, we tell you so you can take it to them instead of paying us.
Can I buy the parts myself?
Often, yes. Some owners order parts in the Tesla app and have us install them. Mention it when you request your quote and we will confirm the parts are right for your car.
Do you work on cars other than Teslas?
Tesla is our specialty. We also handle suspension, coilover and brake work on many other makes, so ask about your car.
How much will it cost?
