Order Processing & Dispatch
Standard Orders: Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Build-to-Order & Special Order Items: Certain specialized performance parts are manufactured or assembled specifically for your order. These items will have extended lead times. We strongly advise customers to carefully review the product description for each item to understand specific build times, lead schedules, and estimated delivery dates. These details will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your parts are delivered safely. The specific carrier and shipping method will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping speed of your order. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders, which will be clearly advertised.
International Shipping
RIDE RITE AUTO LLC ships internationally. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, please document the damage with photographs and contact us immediately at support@riderite.us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging materials as they may be required for a claim.
Lost Shipments: If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us for assistance.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RIDE RITE AUTO LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges incurred due to address corrections or re-shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
