Shipping Policy
At RideRite, we strive to get your performance parts to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Free Shipping
- We offer Free Shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $250 (physical products only).
- Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or other international locations will incur additional shipping charges.
- Digital goods and services do not count toward the free shipping minimum.
Shipping & Handling
- Estimated Delivery: Shipping times depend on item availability and are determined by the manufacturer, as many of our performance parts are shipped directly from their respective warehouses.
- Delays: While we work closely with our partners to ensure timely delivery, RideRite is not responsible for delays in shipping or handling times caused by manufacturers or carriers.
- Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
- Signature Required: For your security and to prevent fraud, all high-value shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Address Changes
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
- If an address change is necessary, the order must be canceled (if eligible) and a new order must be placed. This will restart the processing and shipping timeline.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, you must take the following steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Document: Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product before further handling.
- Note with Carrier: If possible, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@riderite.us with your order number and the photos of the damage.
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in the denial of a damage claim.
Important Notes
- RideRite is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
- International Orders: The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees are non-refundable, even if the shipment is refused or returned.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
