Return & Refund Policy
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions.
At RideRite, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of automotive performance parts, we have strict guidelines for returns and refunds. Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility & Requirements
- Approval Required: All returns must be authorized by RideRite before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Condition: Items must be in new, uninstalled, and unused condition with all original packaging and hardware included.
- Photos: You must submit clear photos of the item and its packaging for approval before a return authorization is granted.
- Timeline: Once approved, the return must be shipped within 7 calendar days. Tracking must show movement within this period, or the return authorization will be voided.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping costs incurred by RideRite (including on orders that qualified for free shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final Sale: Custom orders, special order items, and all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Restocking Fees
- A standard 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Items shipped directly from the manufacturer (drop-shipped) may be subject to a higher restocking fee based on the manufacturer's specific policy.
Refund Process & Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received, inspected, and approved. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the entire process, which includes:
- Return Transit: 5–10 business days.
- Inspection & Processing: 3–5 business days.
- Bank Processing: 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Additional Information
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. RideRite is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- If a return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item), all shipping costs and restocking fees will be waived.
- Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested and approved before the order has shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable transaction processing fees.
