Welcome to RideRite. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

By accessing this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

  • Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Fitment: While we provide Year/Make/Model search tools, it is the customer's responsibility to verify fitment before installation. RideRite is not responsible for labor costs or damages resulting from the installation of incorrect parts.

3. Orders & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing or shipping phase. A 5% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations to cover non-refundable transaction fees.
  • Special Orders: Custom-built or special-order items cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

4. Shipping & Returns

5. Limitation of Liability

RideRite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to labor costs, vehicle damage, or personal injury. All performance parts are intended for off-road use only unless otherwise specified.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
