Return and Refund Policy - RIDE RITE AUTO LLC

At RIDE RITE AUTO LLC, your satisfaction with our performance automotive parts is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need. Please review our policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Products must be in brand new, unused, and re-sellable condition. This includes all original packaging, labels, instructions, and hardware.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging, which must also be in new, re-sellable condition.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from RIDE RITE AUTO LLC is required.
Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized by RIDE RITE AUTO LLC. Please contact our customer support at support@riderite.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Special Order / Custom-Built Items: Products explicitly marked as

"Special Order" or "Custom-Built" in their product descriptions.
Used or Installed Parts: Any part that has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear.
Electrical Components: Due to their sensitive nature, electrical components are generally non-returnable.
Fluids: Oils, coolants, and other fluids.
Clearance/Final Sale Items: Products sold as clearance or final sale are non-returnable.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer and product type. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing. The exact restocking fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you upon return authorization.

Return Process

1.Request RMA: Contact support@riderite.us to request an RMA number. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.Receive Instructions: Once your return is authorized, you will receive an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.
3.Package & Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
4.Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@riderite.us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect, as well as the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Core Charges

Some products may include a core charge. This is a deposit paid at the time of purchase for a rebuildable part (the "core"). When you return your old, rebuildable core to us, the core charge is refunded. Specific instructions for core returns will be provided on the product page or upon request.
