Effective date: October 3, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers the RideRite QuickBooks connection (the "App"). The App is a private, internal tool that connects Ride Rite Auto LLC's own QuickBooks Online company to RideRite's internal assistant.

1. Who may use the App

The App is licensed only to Ride Rite Auto LLC for its own internal business use. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to anyone else.

2. License

Ride Rite Auto LLC may use the App to access its own QuickBooks Online company data. The App may not be copied, resold, shared with others, or used to access any other company's QuickBooks data.

3. Data

The App handles QuickBooks data as described in our QuickBooks Integration Privacy Policy.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit

QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit's own terms. The App is not made, endorsed, or supported by Intuit.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the App's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the App.

7. Ending this Agreement

This Agreement ends when the App is disconnected from QuickBooks or is no longer used. See our disconnect page.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
