QuickBooks Integration Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This policy covers the private connection between Ride Rite Auto LLC's own QuickBooks Online company and RideRite's internal assistant (the "RideRite QuickBooks connection"). It is not a public app. Only Ride Rite Auto LLC uses it. For how we handle information on riderite.us in general, see our main Privacy Policy.

What data the connection accesses

When Ride Rite Auto LLC connects its QuickBooks company, the connection can access these records in that company only:

Customers (names, contact details, billing addresses)
Estimates
Invoices
Products and services (items)

It does not access any other QuickBooks company, and it does not access bank login details or payment card numbers.

How the data is used

The data is used only inside Ride Rite Auto LLC to run our business. Examples include preparing estimates and invoices, looking up customer records, and keeping our records in sync.

Sharing

We do not sell this data. We do not share it with outside parties for marketing or any other purpose. It is handled only by Ride Rite Auto LLC and the service providers we use to run the connection, and only to do the work described above.

Storage and security

Access to QuickBooks uses Intuit's secure sign-in (OAuth). We do not see or store your QuickBooks password. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for this connection. We keep data only as long as we need it to run our business or as required by law.

Disconnecting

The connection can be turned off at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings, then Apps). Once it is disconnected, the connection can no longer access QuickBooks data. See our disconnect page.
