Cybercab RepairTesla Cybercab Mobile Fleet Repair Service, We Come to the Vehicle

The Tesla Cybercab has no steering wheel and no pedals, so it cannot drive itself to a shop. Ride Rite brings suspension, brake, and mechanical service straight to the vehicle, anywhere in the Bay Area, 7 days a week. When Cybercabs go to work here, we're ready.

A robotaxi that can't drive to a shop needs the shop to come to it

The Tesla Cybercab entered production in 2026 with no steering wheel and no pedals. Great for riders, but it rewrites how these cars get maintained. When a Cybercab needs brakes, suspension work, or tires, nobody can just drive it in. The service has to come to the vehicle.

That's the model Ride Rite has run across the Bay Area for years. We're mobile Tesla suspension and brake specialists, so a car that can only be worked on where it sits is exactly what we're built for. Read our full breakdown of who will service the Cybercab.

Cybercab Service

What we service on the Cybercab

Mobile mechanical service for the Tesla Cybercab and robotaxi fleets across the San Francisco Bay Area. Mechanical work only, so no paint and no body.

Suspension

Suspension & Steering

Control arms, bushings, ball joints, and dampers. A robotaxi runs nearly around the clock, so suspension wears fast, and this is our core specialty.

Brakes

Brake Service

Pads, rotors, and fluid, done wherever the vehicle is parked or charging. High duty cycle braking is brutal on a fleet, and we keep it safe.

Tires

Tire Wear & Alignment

Constant miles mean constant tire wear. We handle camber and toe corrections and the geometry that protects expensive tires.

Diagnostics

Diagnostics & Inspections

Noise diagnosis, scheduled health checks, and clear written reports, so a Cybercab never gets sidelined by surprise.

Fleet Visits

Multi-Vehicle Scheduling

We service several vehicles per stop at your depot or charging hub, on overnight or off-peak schedules so the fleet keeps earning.

Autonomy Ready

Built for No Wheel, No Pedals

We're already set up to work on vehicles that can only be serviced where they sit. The Cybercab is exactly that kind of vehicle.

The car can't come to you, so we come to it

Tesla plans to sell Cybercabs to private owners and operators, not just run its own fleet. Every one of those vehicles will still need suspension, brakes, and tires, and every one of them will need a technician to come to the car. There is no other way to service it.

Cybercabs are already testing on Silicon Valley streets, with a production unit on display at Tesla's Santana Row store in San Jose. When owner-operators start putting them to work in the Bay Area, Ride Rite will be the crew that keeps them rolling.

FAQ

Cybercab service FAQ

Who will service the Tesla Cybercab?

Because the Cybercab has no steering wheel or pedals, it can't be driven to a shop, so mobile technicians who come to the vehicle are the practical answer. Ride Rite already runs that model across the Bay Area, handling suspension, brakes, and tires wherever the car is parked or charging.

Can a Cybercab be serviced without a steering wheel or pedals?

Yes. Its mechanical systems, suspension, brakes, and tires, are the same kind of work we do on every Tesla, every day. The difference is location: instead of the car coming to a shop, our technician comes to the car.

Do you service Cybercab or robotaxi fleets on-site?

Yes. We come to your depot, charging hub, or wherever the vehicles are staged, anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we can batch multiple vehicles in one overnight or off-peak visit so the fleet keeps earning.

Is the Cybercab available to service right now?

The Cybercab is just reaching production and we're following its service requirements closely. Its mechanical fundamentals are systems we work on daily, so as owner-operators bring them to the Bay Area, we're ready to keep them maintained.

What areas do you cover?

The entire San Francisco Bay Area: San Jose, Oakland, Fremont, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, San Francisco, and everywhere in between. Open 7 days a week, 8:00am to 7:30pm.
