BC Racing RM Series Coilovers for the 2002-2008 Bmw 7 Series RWD (E65/E66) feature an inverted monotube damper design — the piston rod faces downward and the damper body faces up, which increases unsprung mass reduction and improves heat dissipation compared to a conventional monotube. The inverted design also provides a larger damper body diameter for increased oil volume and more consistent damping performance under sustained track use.
