What Is The Lifetime Replacement Program?

At Ride Rite, we stand behind every part we sell. Our Lifetime Replacement Program means that if a qualifying part wears out or fails under normal use, we will replace it for free. No time limits. No expiration dates. Buy it once, and we have you covered for as long as you own your vehicle.

This program applies to all qualifying suspension and chassis components purchased directly from Ride Rite. We personally test and warrant every part in our catalog because we believe in selling only what we would put on our own vehicles.

How It Works

Place Your Order

Step 1: Place Your Order

Purchase any qualifying part directly from Ride Rite. Your order date is your enrollment date. There is no registration required.

Contact Us

Step 2: Contact Us

When your part wears out, reach out to us by phone or email. We will verify your original purchase and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Send Parts Back

Step 3: Send the Part Back

Ship the worn or failed part back to us using the RMA number provided. The part must be returned before a replacement is issued.

Get Your Replacement

Step 4: Get Your Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will ship out your free replacement. Store credit may be issued in certain cases at our discretion.

What Is Covered

  • Control arms and control arm kits
  • Ball joints
  • Sway bar links and end links
  • Tie rod ends and tie rod assemblies
  • Bushings and bushing kits
  • Camber arms and alignment arms
  • Coilovers and suspension components
  • Any other qualifying hard part sold by Ride Rite

What Is Not Covered

  • Consumables such as fluids, lubricants, or adhesives
  • Parts that have been modified, improperly installed, or abused
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or off-road use beyond normal driving
  • Parts returned before they have been fully used or worn
  • Parts not purchased directly from Ride Rite
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

Program Rules and Conditions

The Lifetime Replacement Program is available to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Parts must have been purchased directly from Ride Rite through our website or in person. Replacement parts are subject to availability. In the event that an exact replacement is no longer available, we will substitute a comparable part of equal or greater value.

Parts must be returned in a condition that confirms they were used and worn under normal driving conditions. Items that appear unused, show signs of misuse, or were installed incorrectly are not eligible for replacement. Ride Rite reserves the right to inspect all returned parts and make the final determination of eligibility.

This program does not cover labor costs associated with installation or removal of parts. Ride Rite is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from part failure.
